Returns and Exchanges
Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange on full-priced item(s) if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must be unworn and free from damage.
Returns are also accepted for selected sale products, with payment refunded as an Vallarino Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on Vallarinoo.com. Items labeled as Final Sale, such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases are not eligible for returns. If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.
Return requests must be authorized using our Return & Exchange system, and sent back with the pre-paid return labels. Please send the return item(s) back to us within seven (7) business days from the Return authorization date. Items sent beyond this time frame will not be accepted. The original shipping cost and the cost of a return label for a product return or exchange are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. Elegatto is not responsible for items returned to us that are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delivered late.
We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our distribution center. You will be able to track the progress of your return on our website, and you will receive a confirmation email when complete.
