Returns and Exchanges

Your order will be accepted for a refund or exchange on full-priced item(s), provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and free from damage.

Returns are also accepted for selected sale items, with refunds issued as Vallarino Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on Vallarinoo.com. Items marked as Final Sale, including Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases, are not eligible for returns. If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for item(s) of equal value.

Return requests must be authorised through our Return & Exchange system and sent back using pre-paid return labels. Please return the item(s) within seven (7) working days from the date of return authorisation. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs and return label fees are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of return and to send the goods via a tracked or registered delivery service that provides proof of posting and delivery. Vallarino is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delayed during return shipping.

We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 working days after receipt at our distribution centre. You will be able to track the progress of your return on our website and will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
